I have been in touch with Deborah, the power of attorney for Boruch. She has decided, at my request and with my agreement, that both you and your son will be allowed to visit your father ONLY if the power of attorney is present during the duration of the visit and that it be conducted in a public place, not in his room. You are not allowed to visit him alone.

To do this, you must call Deborah in advance of your visit and set up a time that is mutually agreeable to all parties before you come to visit. However, she would like to stress the fact that she has two children and will only be able to make it there once a month.

This has been brought on by your confrontive behavior, for having made issues for us, such as coming to me to accuse my nurses of mistreating patients, and other such claims.

Also, you are not allowed to take any photographs on these premises without the written consent of both the Power Of Attorney and the Administrator. The photographs that you have taken of the wounds that you say your father had, were clearly doctored.

You are not permitted to do any direct care related to your father. Only the staff is authorized to do so. Please do not reply to this message. We would hate to see him have to be transported to yet another facility.
